Anyway, I saw your note in Haji Maji (The website that shows the Teochew black vinyl discs).
I was wondering if you know what is Chinese name of the company that has the HMV logo but writes RCA...
My society has recorded about 40 Han opera and music vinyl discs before WW2. But my 81 yr old senior says it is Odeon... I'm quite confused. I need to know where can I get the permission to convert my VDs to digital format for preservation & sharing purposes.
My society is Thau Yong Amateur Musical Association & we are the last Han (Waijiang) music ensemble in Singapore. The only teacher left in SG is 81 years old, so it is kinda critical I spread these resources for academic research before everything is gone...
